Our story begins in Hebron, Palestine, where passion for food and hard work shaped a lifelong journey. With over 22 years of culinary experience, our founder started humbly as a dishwasher, learning every part of the kitchen from the ground up.
Through dedication and perseverance, he worked his way up to become a chef in Tel Aviv, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-level kitchens. Along the way, he mastered Mediterranean cuisine and seafood, while also developing strong skills in Italian cooking and pizzeria-style dishes.
In 2013, he migrated to the United States, continuing his career as a professional chef and bringing authentic flavors, techniques, and traditions with him. After years of cooking for others, the dream became reality—opening a virtual kitchen built on quality, authenticity, and love for food.
Today, our kitchen blends Palestinian roots, Mediterranean flavors, and global inspiration, delivering fresh, bold dishes straight to your door.
